Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Canadian and US residents are subject to a flat rate for shipping. Orders can be as large as desired and then one shipping rate of $11.99 can be used to send anywhere in Canada, American residents have a flat rate shipping option of $6.95. 
• International shipping must be sent Priority shipping. If items can be sent in a small flat rate box then the flat rate envelope option can be chosen. If it will not fit in this box then the Priority International option must be used. For any orders where the Flat Rate Envelope is chosen but it will not fit, you will be notified and the difference in shipping will be requested from you. We will not be able to ship out your item until this different is paid.
• All shipping is done in boxes. We will not ship out items in envelopes. It has happened too often in the past that envelopes go missing or just never arrive at their destination. A box will also make certain your items will be well protected in transit. 
• All shipping will have tracking provided. In Canada shipping will have an Expedited Tracking number. In the US and overseas a USPS Priority tracking number will be provided. 
• We do our shipping ONCE A WEEK. This is normally done on Tuesdays but it can occur on a Wednesday well. If you need something shipped immediately please contact us first at sales@urbansamuraihobbies.com  to make certain this is possible. 
• Taxes, duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not mark items as 'gift' or miss represent the dollar value of the items. This miss representation is illegal and we will not succumb to this practice. We understand that certain countries have very expensive duties and taxes and sympathize but altering documentation is beyond our control. Thanks for your understanding.  

Returns

We can take returns on product but there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. The buyer is responsible for the postage on the return and it MUST BE RETURNED IN EXACT CONDITION AS SENT! Each parcel we sent out is insured so if there is damage to any outgoing items then we need to know right away so we can put in a claim with the appropriate shipper. Any opened, loose or blind boxed product can NOT be returned and is non refundable.

Taxes

As we are a Canadian based company we are obligated to charge GST on all Canadian sales and GST and PST on all sales from British Columbia. These taxes will be added to your invoice and may not show up until your final checkout.
